str_remove_brackets_c

	status.i4.v = str_remove_brackets_c(modified_string.i1a.r,
					    modified_length.i4.v,
					    string.i1a.r [,length.i4.v]
					    [,options.u4.v])

	This routine removes brackets from a bracketed string.
	It handles "[]", "{}", "<>", and "()" bracket types.

	modified_string	returned modified string (This can point to the
			same buffer as the original string.)
	modified_length	space available in the output buffer (If a value
			of zero is passed, no length check will be made.)
	string		original string
	[length]	length of original string (If a value of zero is passed
			or this argument is defaulted, the length of the
			string will be calculated.) (default is 0)
	[options]	check options (not used) (default is 0)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CLIB_NO_SUCH		no brackets were found
	CLIB_TOO_SMALL output buffer is too small
