str_remove_char_set_c

	num_remaining.i4.v = str_remove_char_set_c(string.i1a.r, length.i4.v,
						   chars_to_remove.i1a.r,
						   fill_char.i1.v)

	This routine will remove any in a passed set of characters
	from a string.  If any characters are removed, the modified
	string will be padded with "fill_char" characters.

	string		string to remove characters from
	length		length of string  (If this argument has a value
			of zero, the routine will determine the length
			of the string.)
	chars_to_remove	null terminated set of characters to be removed
	fill_char	string padding character

	This function returns status values as follows:

	CLIB_INVARG		invalid length passed
	otherwise		number of remaining characters
