str_remove_html_tags_c

	num_remaining.i4.v = str_remove_html_tags_c(string.i1a.r,
						    length.i4.v)

	This routine will remove any HTML tags from a string.

	string		string to remove HTML tags from
	length		length of string  (If this argument has a value
			of zero, the routine will determine the length
			of the string.)

	This function returns status values as follows:

	CLIB_INVARG		invalid length passed
	TRUE			HTML tags were removed
	FALSE			string was not changed
