strx_to_string_and_colors_c

	strx_to_string_and_colors_c(string.i1a.r, colors.i1a.r,
				    xchar_string.sa.r, num_chars.i4.v)

	This routine copies an XCHAR format character string into an ASCII
	character string and an array of color values.

	string		returned ASCII character string
	colors		returned array of color values  (A value of NULL
			can be passed for this argument if color values
			are not needed.) (constants are in 'cnsparam')
	xchar_string	XCHAR format character string to be copied
			(array of XCHAR structures)
	num_chars	number of characters to copy (If a value of
			zero is passed, the length of the XCHAR string
			will be calculated and used.)
