tcp_send

	status.i4.v = tcp_send(tcp_host.i1a.r, tcp_port.i4.v, message.g.v,
			       message_length.i4.v)

	This routine will send a message "message" to the specified host and
	port. The program should have connected to this host and port by
	calling tcp_connect.

	tcp_host	host name
	tcp_port	port number
	message		TCP/IP message buffer
	message_length	size of message to be sent

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CBS_INVID not connected to this host and port
	CBS_GONE this socket is not longer open
	CBS_TOO_BIG not all the data was written to the socket

	This function requires the following include files:

	cbslib_h, acnet_errors_h

	int	message_length = MESSAGE_LEN;
	void	message_func(char *host, int port);

	status = tcp_connect(tcp_host,tcp_port,message_func);
