text_set_cursor_c

	status.i4.v = text_set_cursor_c(row.i4.v, column.i4.v, only_set.i1.v
					[,coord_ref.i4.v])

	This routine positions the cursor at the position defined by
	"row" and "column" in the present text window.

	row		cursor row
	column		cursor column
	only_set	cursor draw mode
			(TRUE -> draw only new cursor image,
			 FALSE -> also erase old cursor image)
	[coord_ref]	coordinate reference
			(TEXT_CURSOR_TEXT_COORDS -> referenced to text window
						    (default),
			 TEXT_CURSOR_WINDOW_COORDS -> referenced to actual
						      window)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CBS_INVARG		invalid cursor positon 
	CBS_NOINIT		no previous call to text_cursor_init_c
				has been made
