update_application_classes

	status.i4.v = update_application_classes(page_name.i1a.r,
				       runnable.i4.v, settable.bool.v)

This routine updates execution information about a given Mecca
application program, i.e., PA or SA program.

	page_name	application name (PROCESS_NAME_LEN characters)
			(e.g. PA1009 or SA1003)
runnable	mask indicating which console classes may
			run this application
(**CLEARED BIT MEANS APPLICATION MAY BE RUN**)
settable	mask indicating which console classes may
			make settings from this application
(**CLEARED BIT MEANS SETTINGS MAY BE MADE**)
If any information is not desired a NULL may be passed for the
	undesired information argument.

This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK success
	CBS_INVARG invalid application name passed
	CBS_NO_SUCH application doesn't exist
CLIB_NOPRIV caller does not have privilege to update
	ACNET_UTIME reply timeout
	ACNET_XX miscellaneous ACNET communication failure

** CPLD does not use standard ACNET error codes. If an error is **
** detected by CPLD the return status will be a CPLD error code. **
** Such errors tend to be small negative numbers, e.g., -128. **
** CPLD needs updated for the modern era. **
