window_enable_resize_c

	status.i4.v = window_enable_resize_c(window_id.i2.v [,mode.i4.v])

	This routine allows the programmer to enable automatic
	resizing of a window by the window_intype routine.

	window_id	window ID
	[mode]		type of resizing allowed
			(CLIB_DEFAULT_ARG -> use previously selected mode,
			 WMNGR_RESIZE_BOTH -> resize both height and width
					      (default),
			 WMNGR_RESIZE_HEIGHT -> resize height only,
			 WMNGR_RESIZE_WIDTH -> resize width only)

	This function returns status values as follows:

	CBS_INVARG background or invalid window ID was specified
	CBS_NO_WINDOW		window doesn't exist
	CBS_NOTENB can't enable resizing because window has been
				frozen by a call to window_freeze_c
	CBS_MEMFAIL		dynamic memory allocation failure
	TRUE			resizing was previously enabled
	FALSE			resizing was previously disabled

	This function requires the following include files:

	cnsparam_h, cbslib_h, acnet_errors_h

	status = window_enable_resize_c(window_id,mode);
