window_enable_scroll_save_c

	status.i4.v = window_enable_scroll_save_c(window_id.i2.v)

	This routine allows the programmer to enable automatic saving
	of text that has been scrolled out of a window.  This will also
	reinitialize the scroll buffer.  Scroll buffer saving is enabled
	when a window is created.

	window_id	window ID (use WMNGR_BACKGROUND for background window)

	This function returns status values as follows:

	CBS_INVARG		invalid window ID was specified
	CBS_NO_WINDOW		window doesn't exist
	CBS_MEMFAIL		dynamic memory allocation failure
	TRUE			scroll buffer saving was previously enabled
	FALSE			scroll buffer saving was previously disabled
