window_field_has_been_typed_in_c

	was_typed_in.i4.v = window_field_has_been_typed_in_c(window_id.i2.v,
							     row.i4.v,
							     left_column.i4.v,
							     num_columns.i4.v)

	This routine will determines if a specified field in a window
	appears to have been typed in.

	window_id	window ID (use WMNGR_BACKGROUND for background window)
	row		row of field
	left_column	left column of field
	num_columns	number of columns in field

	This function returns status values as follows:

	TRUE			window field appears to have been typed in
	FALSE			window field does not appear to have been
				typed in
