window_fit_window_c

	status.i4.v = window_fit_window_c(height.i4.v, width.i4.v)

	This routine will resize the background (or root) window to fit
	a window of the requested size. If the background window is
	already large enough, the background window will be left at its
	present size. This call should be followed by a call to
	window_unfit_window after the window in question is deleted.

	height height of window in rows
	width		width of window columns

	This function returns status values as follows:

	CBS_MEMFAIL		dynamic memory allocation failure
	CBS_INVARG		invalid height or width
	WMNGR_RESIZE_HEIGHT	resized the height of the background window
	WMNGR_RESIZE_WIDTH	resized the with of the background window
	"or" of previous	resized both dimensions

	This function requires the following include files:

	cbslib_h, acnet_errors_h

	C/C++ usage:

	int	status;
	int	height = WINDOW_HEIGHT + 2; // The +2 is to allow some of the
               // background window to be available so that one can close the
               // window by clicking outside of it.
	int	width = WINDOW_WIDTH;

	status = window_fit_window_c(height,width);
