window_flush_text_region_c

	status.i4.v = window_flush_text_region_c(window_id.i2.v, top_row.i4.v,
						 num_rows.i4.v,
						 left_column.i4.v,
						 num_columns.i4.v)

	This routine ensures that any text that has been typed into a
	region of a window is saved into its internal data structure.
	This is important if the window is about to be occluded by
	another window which could result in the typed text being
	replaced by the window's saved text for that field when the
	window repaints itself. Any part of the region which is
	occluded will not be updated.

	window_id	window ID (use WMNGR_BACKGROUND for background window)
	top_row		top row of region
	num_rows	number of rows
	left_column	left column of region
	num_columns	number of columns

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CBS_INVARG		invalid coordinates passed
	CBS_NO_WINDOW requested window does not exist
	CBS_MEMFAIL		dynamic memory allocation failure

	This function requires the following include files:

	cbslib_h, acnet_errors_h

	status = window_flush_text_region_c(window_id,top_row,num_rows,
