	status.i4.v = window_freeze_c(window_id.i2.v)

	This routine allows the programmer to disable automatic

	a call to window_unfreeze_c.

	CBS_DUPREQ		window is already frozen
	CBS_MEMFAIL failed in allocating dynamic memory
