window_row_to_entry_c

	entry.i4.v = window_row_to_entry_c(window_id.i2.v, row.i4.v
					   [,start.i4.v])

	This routine allows the programmer to calculate the proper entry
	number in the user's memory that corresponds to a given row in
	a scrolling window.

	window_id	ID of desired window
	row		window row number
	[start] first entry number (default is zero)

	This function returns status values as follows:

	CBS_INVARG invalid window ID or row
	CBS_NO_WINDOW		window doesn't exist
	otherwise		corresponding entry number

	This function requires the following include files:

	cbslib_h, acnet_errors_h
