window_set_cursor(_c)

	status.i4.v = window_set_cursor(window_id.i2.r, row.i4.r, column.i4.r)

	status.i4.v = window_set_cursor_c(window_id.i2.v, row.i4.v, column.i4.v)

	This routine positions the cursor at the position defined by
	"row" and "column" in the window indicated by "window_id".  If the
	window does not exist, a value of CBS_NO_WINDOW will be returned.

	window_id	window ID (use WMNGR_BACKGROUND for background window)
	row		cursor row (use WMNGR_CENTER for centering)
	column		cursor column (use WMNGR_CENTER for centering)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CBS_NO_WINDOW		requested window does not exist
	CBS_MEMFAIL		dynamic memory allocation failure
