window_set_position(_c)

	status.i4.v = window_set_position(window_id.i2.r, row.i4.r,
					  column.i4.r)

	status.i4.v = window_set_position_c(window_id.i2.r, row.i4.v,
					    column.i4.v)

	This routine moves the window indicated by "window_id" to the screen
	location "row", "column".  A value of TRUE will be returned if the
	window is actually moved.

	window_id	window ID  (This is an input and output parameter.
			It's value may be modified by this call.)
	row		desired top row of window (full screen coordinates)
			(use WMNGR_CENTER for centering or WINDOW_xxx_COORD
			 macros in macro for special positioning)
	column		desired left column of window (full screen coordinates)
			(use WMNGR_CENTER for centering or WINDOW_xxx_COORD
			 macros in macro for special positioning)

	This function returns status values as follows:

	CBS_INVARG		invalid window ID
	CBS_NO_WINDOW		requested window does not exist
	TRUE			window moved
	FALSE			window not moved
