window_set_scroll_colors_c

	status.i4.v = window_set_scroll_colors_c(window_id.i2.v,
						 scroll_bar_color.i4.v
						 [,scroll_status_color.i4.v])

	This routine allows the programmer to set the color of the
	scroll bar indicator and the scroll status field for the
	requested window. Both colors are initialized to WHITE
	when a window is created.

	window_id		window ID
	scroll_bar_color	color of scroll bar indicator
				(constants are in 'cnsparam')
	[scroll_status_color]	color of scroll status field
				(default (CLIB_DEFAULT_ARG) is window's present color)
				(constants are in 'cnsparam')

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CBS_NO_WINDOW requested window does not exist
	CBS_INVARG		invalid window ID
	CBS_MEMFAIL		dynamic memory allocation failure

	This function requires the following include files:

	cnsparam_h, cbslib_h, acnet_errors_h

	int	status;
	int	scroll_bar_color = WHITE;
	int	scroll_status_color = WHITE;

					    scroll_status_color);
