window_set_size_limit_c

	status.i4.v = window_set_size_limit_c(window_id.i2.v,
					      min_rows.i4.v, min_columns.i4.v
					      [,max_rows.i4.v]
					      [,max_columns.i4.v])

	This routine allows the programmer to set the size limits for
	a resizing a given window. Any of the size parameters can be
	defaulted by passing a value of CLIB_DEFAULT_ARG.

	window_id	window ID
	min_rows	minimum number of rows
	min_columns	minimum number of columns
	[max_rows]	maximum number of rows (default is CLIB_DEFAULT_ARG)
	[max_columns]	maximum number of columns (default is CLIB_DEFAULT_ARG)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CBS_NO_WINDOW requested window does not exist
	CBS_INVARG invalid size or invalid window ID
	CBS_INVSIZ either the minimum number of rows or columns
				is greater than the current size of the window
				or the maximum size is less than the current
				size of the window
	CBS_MEMFAIL		dynamic memory allocation failure

	This function requires the following include files:

	cbslib_h, acnet_errors_h

	C/C++ usage:

	short	window_id;
	int	status;
	int	min_rows = 10;
	int	min_columns = 10;
	int	max_rows = 30;
	int	max_columns = 80;

	status = window_set_size_limit_c(window_id,min_rows,min_columns,
					 max_rows,max_columns);
