	status.i4.v = wn_select_field_text_to_id_c(search_window.i4.v,
						   text.i1a.r, text_type.i4.v,
						   window_id.i4.r,
						   select_id.i4.r)

	This routine returns the window ID and select ID for a select
	field having given handle or label string.  A value of NULL
	can be passed for either of the returned arguments.

	search_window	window ID to search
			(WN_ALL_WINDOWS -> search all windows,
			 otherwise -> search specific window)
	text		null terminated ASCII string whose interpretation
			depends on "text_type"
	text_type	type of text to match
			(SELECT_FIELD_BY_HANDLE -> match text string to the
						   select field handle,
			 SELECT_FIELD_BY_LABEL -> match text string to the
						  select field label)
			(These values can be ORed together to make a
			 combined search.)
	window_id	returned window ID
	select_id	returned select ID

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CBS_DUPREQ		multiple matches were found
				(data for the first match is returned)
	CBS_NO_SUCH		select field doesn't exist
