wn_world_to_text_coord_c

	status.i4.v = wn_world_to_text_coord_c(plane.i4.v, text_coord.i4.v,
					       world_coord.r4.r)

	This routine converts a world coordinate into its corresponding
	text coordinate value. The origin of the text coordinate system
	(0, 0) is in the upper left hand corner of the graphic window.

	plane		(WN_HORZ -> horizontal,
			 WN_VERT -> vertical)
	world_coord	world coordinate
	text_coord	returned text coordinate

	This function returns status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CBS_INVARG invalid argument value or plane passed
	CBS_NOSETUP no active window has been established

	This function requires the following include files:

	cbslib_h, acnet_errors_h
