frig_dev_data_to_pname_c (ul_friglib)

	status.i4.v = frig_dev_data_to_pname_c(dev_data.s.r, pname.i1a.r,
					       type.i4.v, house.ch.d)

	This routine converts back and forth between raw data in a DEV_DATA
	structure from a refrigerator to a pseudo name.

	dev_data	raw refrigerator data (DEV_DATA structure)
	pname		data pseudo name
			(Name format descriptions can be found under
			 the help topic frig_name_syntax.)
	type		type of conversion
			(FRIG_RAW_TO_PNAME -> convert raw data to pseudo name,
			 FRIG_PNAME_TO_RAW -> convert pseudo name to raw data)
	house		house name (HOUSE_NAME_LEN characters)
			(This argument is ignored if dealing with constants.)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	DIO_OK			success
	DIO_BADARG		invalid house or name passed
	DIO_MEMFAIL		memory allocation failure
	DIO_MISMATCH		device belongs to another house
	DIO_INVLEN		device is greater than four bytes in length
