GU__RestoreEnvironment (ul_pbar_graphics)

 *    GU__RestoreEnvironment() restores the previous graphic environment which
 *    was saved with GU__SaveEnvironment().  The routine also does a wn_flush()
 *    call before it returns.

 *    CBS_OK    no errors
